Getting a system notification about a suspension? Don't worry — here's everything you need to know about what it means and what you can still do. 😊

🚫 What Happens During a Suspension

To ensure a safe atmosphere on streams, and compliance with the Moderation rules for public streams, you may receive a system notification with a description of the violation. As before, in case of repeated violations, a suspension may be applied to your stream — you'll be notified about it via a system notification, and you won't be able to start Public, Battle, or Party streams for the set duration.

✅ What You Can Still Do

A suspension doesn't shut you out of Plamfy completely! You can still:

• 📞 Continue streaming via Premium Calls — these remain available during a suspension
• 👀 Browse and watch other streamers' profiles and content
• 🎥 Watch live streams
• 🎁 Send gifts to your favorite streamers

⏰ Duration & Reminders

After the end of the stream, you will see the duration of the restriction and receive a photo of the violation in private messages (chat with Plamfy).

Also, now you won't miss the end of your suspension term, as we will remind you about it through notifications and personal messages.

All restrictions are lifted if you have not received any new suspensions within 14 days.

💰 Monthly Penalties for Official Streamers

It is important for every Official Streamer to know and remember:

• The first and second suspensions within a calendar month – no penalty
• The third suspension within a calendar month – 50% penalty of the monthly Plamfy bonus
• The fourth suspension within a calendar month – 100% penalty of the monthly Plamfy bonus
