Premium Calls Feature ⭐📱

We are excited to introduce Premium Calls – a new feature that allows you to connect with your top viewers in a more personal way, all while earning for every minute of your call.

Let us guide you through everything you need to know to make the most of this new feature.

What You Need to Know:

• You don’t need to follow each other to start a Premium Call. 🙌
• Premium Calls help you hit your diamond goals faster! 💎
  Diamonds earned from Premium Calls count toward your monthly goals, helping you reach them more quickly! 🎯
• Make sure your Premium Call lasts at least 10 seconds. ⏳ If the call is shorter, the user may be eligible for a refund. 💸

How to Set Up:

1. Before starting the stream, set the price for the Premium Call by using the sticker located on the right side of your screen. 💸
2. Enable Premium Call invites and change the price. Please note that the price per minute cannot be changed during a Premium Call.

 

Set Up Premium Call Invites in Settings:

1. Go to Settings and enable Premium Calls invites. ⚙️
2. Change the price per minute to your preference. 💵
   

To set up the Premium Call sticker in your live stream, follow these steps:

1. At the start of a stream, the streamer will always have a "Premium Call" hint sticker. Tapping on it will display the call price. If the streamer removes the sticker, they can add it again anytime. 📌
2. Tap the "More" button during the live stream. 📲
3. Enable Premium Calls by toggling the "Premium Calls" option. ✅
4. Check the sticker – the Premium Call sticker should now appear in your stream.
   Encourage your viewers – let them know they can tap the sticker to request a paid call. 🎁

 

How to start a Premium Call:

1. To start a Premium Call, just tap on the Call button in the chat or use the sticker in the stream. 📞
   📢 Please note that the person making the call is the one who pays for it.
   
   
   
2. When the call begins, the streamer will automatically be shown with video, while the gifter will only have audio (unless video permission is granted. 🎥🎧
   
   
   
3. If you have enough coins in your balance, the call will start, and you’ll send a gift worth the call minute. 🎁
4. If you don’t have enough coins, no worries! A pop-up will prompt you to buy more coins through the Coin Shop. Please note that users can stay on the coin purchase tab for no longer than 90 seconds.🛒✨
   

Answering a Premium Call:

1. Tap “Match to Get” anywhere in the app to accept a Premium Call. 📞
2. Answer even during a Public Stream—it will pause automatically. ⏸️
3. Choose “I’ll call you later” or “Busy, call me later” if you’re unavailable. 🚫📅

 

Ending a Premium Call:

1. If you decide to end the call, tap the “X” in the top right corner and confirm by pressing “End Call.” The call will disconnect immediately.
2. To resume your stream after the call, go to More and tap Play stream. ▶️

 

What if the call can’t connect?

If the streamer has Premium Call invites disabled, a “Cannot contact user” or ”User is busy” pop-up will appear.

  

This allows you to receive premium call requests and earn from them. ⭐💸
