How to Change or Remove a payment method

In this article, we will guide you through the steps to change or remove a payment method from your profile.

Please note that the minimum withdrawal amount is $25 for both methods.

⭐️ You can change your payout method either in the app or through the web version in your browser, but removing a payout method is only possible directly in the app. 

To change or delete a payment method, first, open your Profile and select the "Redeem Cash" tab

If you want to change your payment method to a different one, follow these steps:

1. Click on the expand icon located on the right side of the address of the method you want to change

2. In the dropdown menu, select the "Change" button

3. Add a new USDT (TRC20) wallet or Payoneer email

4. Click the “Save” button

5. Confirm the change of your payment method

If you want to delete a payment method from your profile entirely, follow these steps (this option is not available on the web version):

1. Click on the expand icon located on the right side of the address of the method you want to delete.

2. In the dropdown menu, select the "Delete" button

3. Confirm the removal of your payment method

Congratulations! You can now request the withdrawal of your diamonds 💎.

Please be aware that processing your request may take up to 3 business days.

Your current payment method will not be changed or deleted for your existing requests. A new payment method will be applied to any new requests you make.

By following the simple steps outlined in this article, you can easily change or remove a payment method from your profile. Remember to double-check your changes before confirming them to ensure the accuracy of your payment information.
