Identity verification is necessary for two main reasons:

• Confirmation of the streamer's age: If our system detects a minor during streaming, it will require verification to ensure compliance with age restrictions.
• Withdrawal of funds: To ensure safety and prevent fraud, we require identity verification before withdrawing funds from your account.

We offer a simple and effective identification process that helps our users make secure transactions and enjoy all the benefits of the platform.

Please do not close the application, lock your phone, or interrupt the verification process in any other way while passing verification to avoid restarting the verification process.

Below, we provide the steps for successful identity verification:

1. The first step is to choose one of the three available documents for verification

It is strongly recommended to use a document that is not made of paper and has security features, such as watermarks or imprints, to avoid rejections.

2. After selecting the document, you will need to align it within the frame and take a clear photo.

When photographing documents, follow these useful tips:

• Ensure bright and even lighting: use natural light whenever possible, or additional lighting if photographing indoors. Avoid strong shadows that can obscure text.
• Try to reduce glare if the document has shiny parts, such as laminated pages or watermarks.
• Keep the camera steady to prevent blurred images caused by hand-held movements.

3. After successfully photographing the documents, you will need to take a selfie for further person verification. When taking a photo, make sure that you have good lighting and are clearly visible in the photo.

4. Upon completing this stage, wait for confirmation of your data. Our team works quickly to provide maximum convenience for users, so verification usually takes up to 2 hours.

5. Once your verification is successfully completed, you will receive a notification confirming that your account has been unlocked. After that, you’ll be able to withdraw funds and continue streaming on our platform.
