How to Log In to Plamfy Account – Plamfy

Getting started is easy! You can log in to your account either through the Plamfy app or via the web version in your browser. Choose from several convenient login options: Google, Facebook, your phone number, or email.

Login Methods

1. Log in via Google

Open the app or your browser (https://plamfy.com/).
Tap the Sign In with Google button on the login screen.

Choose your Google account from the list.

That's it! You’ll land on the Home Screen.

2. Log in via Email

Open the app or your browser (https://plamfy.com/).
Tap the Continue with Email button

Enter your email address

Tap Continue

You will receive a sign-in link to your email.

Open your inbox
Click the sign-in link

👉 You will be automatically logged into your account

3. Login via Facebook

Open the app or your browser and tap the Facebook icon.
Log in with your Facebook credentials.
Success! You’ll be redirected to the Home Screen.

4. Login via Phone Number

Open the app or your browser (https://plamfy.com/).
Tap on a Phone icon on the login screen.
Enter your phone number and tap the Continue button.

You'll receive an SMS with a verification code. If it doesn’t come through within a minute, tap the Resend button.

Enter the code and tap Verify.

Once verified, you’re all set to use the app!

If you didn’t get the SMS code

Double-check that your phone number was entered correctly.
SMS login may not be supported in your region – try logging in with Google or Facebook instead.
There may be a temporary issue with your service provider. Try again in a few hours.
If you've had many login attempts, please wait 2 minutes before trying again.

How to Recover Access to Your Plamfy Account

If you have lost access to your login method for your account, follow these steps to restore access to your Plamfy account:

Create a New Account - Please do not use this new account for streaming purposes, as it will be blocked once your login method is updated.
Send both your old and new account identifiers to the support team.

The support team will use the provided information to update your login method and restore access to your Plamfy account.
