Whether you're chatting with new people, managing messages and conversations, Plamfy chat makes it smooth, fast, and easy. This guide will walk you through everything you need to know: how to translate messages, delete them (or entire chats), and unlock conversations.

🌍 Translate Messages (Live Chat & Private)
Language barrier? Not here! Plamfy offers instant translation so you can connect freely, no matter what language your new friend speaks.
In Live Chat:
In the app, tap any message — it will automatically be translated into your device’s language.
On the web, just click the translation icon to the right of a message to see it in your device's language
In Private Messages:
Translation now happens automatically — no need to press anything.
Want to turn it off? Go to Settings > Auto-Translations and toggle it off.

💡 Tip: Original and translated text stay visible, so you always keep the context.
🗑️ Delete a Chat (available in the app only — it’s not supported on the web)
Need to wipe a whole conversation? You can do it in two ways:
From the general chat list:
Press and hold the chat you want.
A [Delete] button will slide in from top to bottom.
Tap [Delete] — a confirmation modal will appear.
Select [Delete] again to confirm, or [Cancel] to dismiss.
From Inside the chat:Tap the three dots in the top-right corner of the chat.
Select the [Delete] option.
In the confirmation window, choose [Delete] to confirm or [Cancel] to cancel the action.
Deleted chats can't be restored, so double-check before confirming.
🧹 Delete a Message (available in the app only — it’s not supported on the web)
Want to remove just one message in a chat?
Press and hold the message.
Tap the [Delete] button that appears.
Confirm the action in the pop-up window.
🔓 Unlocking a Chat
Trying to message someone but the chat is locked? Here’s how to open it:
Pay 599 coins to unlock instantly, or send a gift worth at least 599 coins in the private chat
Or simply follow each other — the chat will unlock automatically and for free.
Once unlocked, you can chat freely like usual — no restrictions.
📌 Pin a Chat (available in the app only — it’s not supported on the web)
Got people or streamers you always want to stay in touch with? Keep their chats pinned at the top of your list.
Here’s how it works:
Swipe a chat to the right — tap the Pin button when it appears.
Or long-press a chat and choose Pin from the menu.
To remove a pinned chat from the top:
Long-press the chat (or swipe it to the right).
Tap Unpin.
📍 Good to know:
You can pin up to 5 chats.
System chats (Plamfy Chat and Plamfy Deals) always stay at the very top and can’t be pinned.
New messages won’t change the order of pinned chats — they’ll stay right where you pinned them.
Pinning makes sure your most important conversations are always just one tap away. ✨
💬 Message Reply
Chatting just got easier! Message Reply lets you respond to a specific message so it’s immediately clear what you’re reacting to.
Instead of copying a quote or explaining the context in words, you simply attach your reply directly to the original message.
How it works
Press and hold the message you want to reply to, then tap “Reply”.
A small preview block of that message will appear in the input field.
Type your message or send media.
Your message will appear linked to the original message in the chat.
